DATES AND COST

SUMMER 2024 DATES 

Wednesday, July 3, 2024 | Students depart the United States (or other place of departure)

Thursday, July 4, 2024 | Students arrive at Munich airport by 12:30pm, and are transported to Oberaudorf by MTB. (Students arriving by train or car from within Europe should arrive in Oberaudorf by 3:00 Friday afternoon.)

Saturday, July 27, 2024 | Students depart from our hotel in Oberaudorf, and may travel on their own or are transported to the Munich airport if they choose to take the MTB bus. Everyone must check out by 11am.

COST

Tuition: $6,200.00

Tuition includes all instruction, classes and lessons, hotel room and our included meals (as specified in the Housing & Meals page), all class materials, all scheduled group activities, and scheduled group transportation to concerts during the program. No other fees, such as an audition or application fee, are charged by MTB.

Tuition does not include airfare between your home and Munich. It does include local transportation from the Munich airport to Oberaudorf at the start of the program, provided you travel at the scheduled time. Students may elect to take the MTB bus back to the airport at the end of the program at a small additional cost, if not traveling elsewhere independently after the program.

Partial scholarships are available!

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A nonrefundable deposit of $500.00 is due immediately after notification of acceptance to MTB in order to hold your place in the program, and is credited toward your tuition.

The balance of $5,700.00 is due as follows:

$1,700.00 by March 30, 2024

$2,000.00 by April 30, 2024

$2,000.00 by May 30, 2024

(Payments are adjusted to reflect any later admission dates and any scholarship awarded: please see your individual Student Commitment Contract for your due dates. Payment schedule date adjustments may be made, if approved by MTB.)

REFUND POLICY

In the event a student cancels their enrollment and withdraws from the program, no payments made by the student will be refunded. MTB may, in its sole discretion, offer to award the student a partial credit for use in the following year in the event a student needs to cancel due to verifiable emergency circumstances such as the student's serious illness or injury.
